ORDER

                   Sh. Sahil Abhi, counsel for the OP -2 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “On the instructions of my client, the OP-2 offer to pay a sum of Rs.4,64,000/- to the legal heirs of the complainant in equal share within 30 days from today in full and final settlement of the dispute, since the complainant had expired during the pendency of the complaint”.    

                   Mrs. Mamta Prasad- Wd/o Shyam Bihari Prasad, one of the legal heirs of the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer in full and final settlement. I withdraw this complaint.  It is stated by one of the legal heirs of the complainant i.e. the mother that both the other legal heirs are minor and they do not have any bank account so the name of the mother be included in the cheques to be prepared in the name of two minor children”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. OP-2 is directed to pay the amount to the legal heirs of the complainant in equal share within 30 days from today as per law. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
