Present:  Sh. Tejinder Malik, counsel for the complainant.

 

                Case file taken up today on the application of learned counsel for the complainant for putting up of the execution application and to withdraw the execution application.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that OPs has complied with the order passed by this Commission and nothing is due and he does not want to pursue the present execution petition and withdraw the same execution petition being fully satisfied.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present execution petition hereby is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
