OP No.3 exparte.

 

Today Statement of Sh.M.S.Sethi, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recored that he does not want to file the reply to the application of OP to return the complaint as in view of compliance made by the OP of the award passed by Insurance Ombudsman as the claim amount of Rs.5,12,679/- along with interest is received as per relief claimed in the present complaint. So, the complainant does not want to proceeds further more in the present complaint and same may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint. However, the complainant reserve its right to file the fresh complaint, if any amount is found recoverable as per the Policy conditions.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
