Mr. S. K. Behara, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 is present. There is no representation on behalf of the complainant side. Mr. J.A. Ahmed, last appeard on 28-4-2022 and sought time in order to file evidence on affidavit on behalf of the complainant side. On 23-5-2022, also there was no representation on behalf of the complainant, following which today was fixed for filing evidence on affidavit of behalf of the witnesses of the complainant side. It was however observed that failure to file evidence on affidavit would call for closure of filing of evidence on affidavit of the complainant side.

                        As the counsel for the complainant is absent consecutively on two dates i.e. 23-5-2022 and today this complaint case is dismissed for default.
