Jitender Singh Vs. Exide Life Insurance (CC No. 205 of 2021)

Present:       Sh. Shakti Singh Khatri, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for the opposite parties No. 1 & 2.         

                   Today the case was fixed for consideration. Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties No. 1 & 2 made a statement on 23.12.2022 that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.63,000/-(Rupees Sixty Three Thousand only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 45 days.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant also made a statement on the same day that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to dispose off the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off/settled with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.63,000/-(Rupees Sixty Three Thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 27.12.2022 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
