Present:       None for the complainant.  

                   Sh. Ashwani Kumar Sharma, Advocate Cl. for opposite party.

 

                   Ld. counsel for opposite party stated that opposite party has already made payment of insurance claim of the complainant in question and produce copy of payment details, vide which, it appears that payment has already been made to complainant. On the other hand, today neither the complainant nor anybody has appeared on behalf of complainant. On the last two dates also, none had also appeared on behalf of complainant. Now, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue with the present complaint anymore. As such, the present complaint stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to record room.
