Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant. At this stage, ld.counsel for the parties have made following statements:-

“Statement of Sh.A.S.Virdi, Advocate for the opposite parties W/O

                     “Stated that I have received the instructions from the opposite parties that they are ready to pay the sum assured amount of both the policies bearing Nos. 02953429 and 02958853 in the name of deceased Harnam Singh, to the tune of Rs.2,10,379/- and Rs.2,78,135/- after deducting the amount to the tune of Rs.12,526/- and Rs.14,550/- to the complainant within a period of two months, subject to giving a cancelled cheque alongwith his account number.”

            In view of the statement of ld.counsel for the opposite parties, Sh.Vishal Jain, Adv.counsel for the complainant also made statement to the following effect:-

“Statement of Sh.Vishal Jain, Advocate counsel for complainant W/O

                    Stated that I have heard the statement of ld.counsel for the opposite parties and agreed to it. In view of the statement of the ld.counsel for the opposite parties, the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. “

            Hence, in view of the aforesaid statements of both the ld.counsel for the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties, are bound with their respective statements. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
