Upobhokta Lok Adalat

The record is placed before the Upobhokta Lok Adalat.

It appears from the record that in pre-counseling  both parties agreed that the opposite party will pay the premium amount on two insurance policies to the complainant amounting to Rs.55,000/- (Rupees fifty five thousand) only and will pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) only as cost.

Accordingly the opposite party has paid Rs.55,000/- (Rupees fifty five thousand) only to the complainant as two premiums in respect of  two insurance policies and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) only as cost to the complainant in terms of the compromise.

Complainant has already filed money receipt which is kept with the record.

As a total amount of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand) only has been paid by the opposite party to the complainant in terms of compromise between them, the instant complaint case stands disposed of.
