Rajesh Vs. Exide Industries.

Present: Sh. Rajesh Kumar DH in person with counsel Sh. Sidharath Tyagi Adv.

              Sh. Amit Saini, Advocate, counsel for J No.1 to3. 

             

                        Sh. Rajesh Kumar DH made a statement that as per order dated 15.09.2016 he has received cheque of Rs. 3000/-  and battery from JDs No. 1  &3. Besides this, he has received a sum of Rs. 1000/- in cash from the JD No.2 and now nothing remains due, hence he withdraws the present execution petition.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by DH, the present execution application stands disposed off being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
