Complainant is absent . Record shows that this case has been filed on 04/05/2012 and was pending for filling court fee till 08/06/12 , and there after this case is pending for hearing on admission of the case from 25/06/12 . the complainant has given last chance on 07/02/2013 for getting hearing on admission of the case , but there after complainant is remaining absent from next date 02/3/2013 according to office note  , case appear to be barred by limitations . there is every reason to believe to be barred by limitations . Hence the complainant is remaining continuously from 07/02/13 . As the complainant has got no interested and for the reason noted above complainant is rejected .
