Case posted to-day for hearing. Complainant and OP No.2 filed hazira but absent on call. Hence Order is made on merit.<br /> <br /> The Complainant's case is that he had been accorded permission by the OP No.1 on receipt of license fee of Rs. 6,000/-(Rupees six thousand)only for starting a cloth business over the vacant place of 20(twenty) X 25(twenty five) feet, under the OP No.1 infront of P.W.D., I.B. Bargarh. The license was valid for a period of 6(six) month commencing from Dt.01/08/2008 to Dt. 31/01/2009. The Petitioner complains that he was being threatened to be evicted from the said land by the Opposite Parties.<br /> <br /> The Opposite Parties denied the allegations, the OP No.2 being in no way connected with the matter. The Complainant has not come forward with any evidence the support of his allegations. Besides the period of 6 months of the license for running the cloth business over the land in question has already expered on Dt. 31/01/2009.<br /> <br /> Hence Complainant has no cause of action for the complaint that requires adjudication by this Forum.<br /> <br /> Complaint disallowed.
