In response to the notice both the applicants are present and file their Hazira along with xerox copy of their voter ID Card being attested by their Advocate. The DD No. 100845390 dt 01-01-2015 drawn from Nilachal Geamya Bank, Nayagarh amounting to Rs 71,780/- and a Fixed Deposit receipt No. 003835002000004 dt 01.01.2015 amounting to Rs 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lacs) of Odisha Gramya Bank, Gania drawn in favour of the applicants deposited by the OPs on 05.01.2015 are handed over to the applicants with their acknowledgment towards full satisfaction.

Hence the Execution case is closed.
