The Complainant is present before the Forum. The Ops are absent on call. No steps taken by them. The case is posted today for Judgement. The Judgement is ready and it is typed in separate sheets. The Judgement id pronounced in the open Forum on the 30^th day of September, 2001. The Complainant petition is allowed and the Ops are directed to supply a well furnished stall to the complainant within 30 days from the recent of the Judgement failing which they will pay Rs. 8835/- with 12% interest per annum from the date of receipt till the payment is made. Toward Compensation, the Ops are directed to pay Rs. 2000/- and 500/- will be payable by them towards the cost of litigation expenses.
This Order shall be complied within 30 days from the receipt of the Judgement.
The Complaint petition is allowed and the case is disposed of accordingly Let the free copy of the Judgement be supplied to the parties at on early date.
