Learned counsel for both parties as well as complainant himself is present. Heard the parties. Perused the memo filed on 07.07.2023 which is duly received by the opponent. It reveals that the complainant has availed the OTS of the O.ps and settled the dispute amicably between the parties.  Accordingly the complainant does not want to proceed any more in this case and voluntarily to drop the case.

It is found that the complainant has settled the dispute on his free will and it is found lawful. Hence, this case is dropped. The memo filed by the complainant be formed as part of this order.

Considering the allegation of complainant the O.P is directed to issue and serve the bill for consumption of electricity regularly to the consumer/Complainant for easy payment of the bill.
