Perused the material available on record .The complainant has taken there connection in the same premises and alleged deficiency of service on the part of the O.Ps though he has not explained in which circumstances there connection has been taken in the same premises . The complainant remained absent since the date of admission of the complaint. As many as 18 adjournments  have been granted but the complainant did not turn up to adduce evidence in support of his claim and the case remained un prosecution on the point of the complainant though the O.P is present and submit the case . We found noting cogent on the record to substantiate the claim of the complainant .Hence, this complaint is dismissed . Copy of this order be serve to the parties free of cost and be uploaded in website of this Commission. Application if any pending is disputed off accordingly .
