The case is fixed today for filing of written version by the O.Ps .The complainant appeared in person and given in written that the O.Ps have verified and submitted a verification report regarding the amount of the bill .The o.ps also filed a petition along with the revised bill wherein the  o.ps have calculated the amount and admitted that there was defect in the reading of the meter and submitted a fresh calculation . The complainant is agreed and satisfied with the fresh calculation of the O.Ps and prays for disposal of the case.

So in view of the above ,the O.P is directed to give a fresh bill according to their calculation and if the amount is paid by the complainant is more than the calculated amount the same may be adjusted in his future bill .No cost in view of the above case is disposed of accordingly.
