            This C.C. Case No. 73 of 2018 is taken up today for order.  Perused the documents available on record.

Brief facts:-

            The complainant filed this Case with a prayer to settle his loan amount through O.T.S, But the contests of the complaint petition is quite confusing for which after joining of the President of this Commission the complainant has been intimated by this Commission many times to appear before this commission. But he did not turn up. Similarly the O.Ps have filed their respective written version and argued before this commission to drop this proceeding due to non-prosecution. However many dates have gone since 27.07.2021, but the complainant is neither appearing nor taking any steps after due information given by this Commission on so many occasion.

            After repeated calls the complainant remained absent and takes no step. It seems that the Complainant does not want to proceed with this case further.  Hence, the present C.C. Case  is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution.
