Complainant represented. OP absent. Learned advocate for the complainant filed a photo state copy of electricity supply disconnection for non-payment of a sum of Rs. 50,844 against the complainant’s mother in law who was the original consumer of the electrical energy of the OP. Let the same be kept on the record. After some argument learned advocate for the complainant seeks permission to withdraw this complaint. Prayer is allowed and the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as well as on account of non-mentainibility of this complaint as the complaint is not the consumer of the OP.
