Complainant is absent and no steps taken on his behalf the case is posted to-day for hearing on admission.it is seen that the counsel complainant is remaning absent or taking time for hearing on admission since the date of filing this case ie on 28.9.2011 and taken sufficient opportunity for hearing on admission on in the mean time the statuary period of admission in 21 days as required by the 2^nd  subsection 3 of section 12 from the date of receipt of complainant closed and complainant failed to appear and take part in hearing on admission the case is not admitted.
