Case posted on Dt.03/04/2017 for further Order in the Complaint.

The advocate for DHR and advocate for Jdr filed a joint memo along with a put up petition to put up the case record and to consider the memo. In the joint memo, the DHR having been fully satisfied with the amount as complied by the JDR/Opposite Party doe not want to proceed with the Complaint against the JDR/OPs and intends to withdraw the Complainant and further the RFA No.135/17 pending before Hon'ble State Commission intends to withdraw as of infructous.

On the strength of the put up petition file by the DHR, the record is put up to-day and perused the petition filed by the DHR and JDR, found the DHR, JDR and their respective counsels have endorsed to the memo. Hence the forum inrespecting the memo withdrawn the complaint against the JDR/Opposite Party and the Complaint is disposed off accordingly but subject to disposal of RFA No. 135 of 2017 pending before the Hon'ble State Commission Dispute Redressal Commission, Cuttack.
