Respondent to remove deficiency in service by withdrawing the bill dated 19.9.93 and furnish a fresh bill for the energy consumed by the complainants from sept 92 till the date of this order as per terrif. The respondent however to pay Rs. 16000/- by way of compensation and Rs 200/- as cost of this litigation. the respondent is permitted to adjust this compensation and cost and the previous payments. from bill that would be furnished to the complainant.
