This C.C.Case No. 69/2023 has been filed U/s-35 of C.P.Act, 2019 seeking following relief:-
Honbl’e Commission may direct the Ops to exempt the bill amount so continuing in name of the husband of Petitioner vide it’s consumer No. 01639505& further direct Ops to give a new power supply to the house of Petitioner in name of her son Trilochan Rout situated over Plot No.282 of village Chandibaunsamula.
Heard the Ld. Counsel from both the parties in length. Perused the documents available on record and also gone through the complaint petition & so also the written version filed by the Ops.
We find that Complainant is a defaulter and has not paid his bills and made any complain/representation to any authority in absence of any evidence/proof praying to disconnect the electricity.
Taking into consideration of the aforesaid fact & circumstances of the case we dispose of the C.C. Case is directing the Complainant to make exhaustive representation to Ops and Ops on receipt of the same shall consider the case and deduct 30 to 40% of the bill and after paying 50%, the new connection shall be given by Ops and rest amount shall be paid in 6 installments along with regular bill.
With the aforesaid observation and direction the C.C.Case No. 69/2023 alongwith I.A No. 36/2023 are accordingly disposed off.
Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
