| Final Order / Judgement | The case record is put up in National Lok Adalat to-day. One Sri Gourav Agarwal, S/o-Late Pradeep Agarwal Legal heir of Complainant Sri Pradeep Agarwal files an affidavit for withdrawal of C.C. Case as the present dispute has been settled between the parties out of court. To this effect the complainant filed an affidavit, Xerox copy of Death certificate of the complainant and legal heir certificate, one money receipt of Rs.16,269/- paid to TPWODL through HDFC Bank and one Xerox copy of letter dtd.22.012.2022 of executive Engineer, TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited (TPWODL) to make payment of final settled amount of Rs.16.269/- and pray for drop this case. Accordingly, the present C.C. is closed in National Lok Adalat. Extract of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost. | |
