ORDER

          Ld. Counsel for the Complainant has made a statement that the electricity department has settled the account of the complainant and thus, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

          Statement of both the parties recorded.

          Keeping in view the above statement, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant after keeping photo copies of the same on the case file
