            Grievance of complainant is against disconnection due to hooking, which is not coming within the purview of this Commission as settled by Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of U.P. State Power Transmission Commission Vrs. Md. Anis Ahmed. As such we find no merit in the consumer complaint. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
