Adv. Ashutosh Marathe is present on behalf of the Appellant.  None present for the Respondent.  Adv. Ashutosh Marathe files an application behalf of the Appellant seeking permission to withdraw the appeal.  He informs us that there has been out of Court amicable settlement of dispute between the Appellant and the Respondent.  Under these circumstances, the Appellant is hereby permitted to withdraw the appeal.  Consequently, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.  No order as to costs.  Order accordingly.
