Perused the material available on record and we have our thoughtful consideration on the pleadings of both the parties. It is pleaded by the complainant that “complainant is a consumer of electricity and has availed electricity connection to her premises at Mahabirpara for commercial purpose vide consumer No.903511070368.” He also filed the electric bill where category of consumer is mentioned as commercial. As such we are of our considered view that the complainant is not a consumer as defined U/s 2(7) of the C.P.Act,2019. And present complaint is not maintainable under C.P.Act,2019. Hence, complaint is rejected and disposed of accordingly. Complainant is at liberty  to take shelter of proper  Court of Law. Copy of this order be served to the parties for their perusal.
