Case Record taken up for hearing. Complainant is present on call. Complainant has submitted a memo stating therein that  as per interim order passed in their case  electricity has been reinstated. The memo is taken into record. Ops are absent on call.

Perused the materials available on record. It is found that the complainant has alleged deficiency of service on the part of the Ops for disconnection of electricity to her premises demanding arrear bill without giving prior intimation to her .

The complainant has prayed for an order directing the Ops to restore electric supply  to her house and for an award  of compensation of Rs.10,000/- towards mental agony suffered due to such disconnection of electric supply.

It is found that order dt.15.03.2022 was passed directing the Ops to restore electric supply to the complainant’s premises  and as per the memo filed by the complainant today it is ascertained that the relief  claimed in the original complaint petition has already been availed by the complainant . No evidence is adduced by the complainant to prove any deficiency of service or unfair trade practice on the part of the Ops. Hence, this complaint  got no merit. Accordingly dismissed against the Ops. However, no order  as to costs. Petition if any pending is disposed of accordingly.
