Order-   Respondent to remove deficiency in service by withdrawing previous bill for ther year 1990-91 and furnish a fresh bill for the amount of Rs.1530/- and Rs. 1554/- for the year 1991-92.  The bill shall be presented within 45 days from the date of this order.  The respondent to pay Rs.500/- as cost of this lotigat on to the complainat and adjust the same in the above bill.
