A Rejoinder, in the form of application has been filed on behalf of o.ps of the effect that the grievance of the complainant  has been settled  and complainant (Consumer) is regularly paying the electricity bill. In support of his version, a copy of current electricity bill has been annexed. Lastly, it has been prayed to dispose of the matter in the light of above facts.

The learned lawyer for the complainant has no objection and he has mentioned the same on the petition.

The complainant has filed this case for correction in the electricity bill which has been redressed by the o.p and the complainant has no grievance.

In the circumstances this case is disposed off as the matter has been settled.
