Judgement

1. Complainant has filed this case to direct the Op to sanction the electricity connection LMV2 of 2 KW at the his tenanted shop.
2. Complainant moved application U/s 38(8) of the Act against which Op submitted reply and on hearing both the parties, interim order dated 6.11.2023 was passed whereby OP was directed to grant electricity connection.
3. Parties filed evidence after filing WS by OP.
4. In compliance of order dated 6.11.2023 electricity connection was released to the complainant and it has been endorsed by the parties that connection has been released and there is no dispute between the parties.
5. In view of the above, the case is finally disposed off. Let the record be consigned.
