ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the complainant filed in person and is physically present before the commission.

 Present complaint has been filed against the OP alleging deficiency in service through serving a bill of demand of rupees 17.015. But no electric consumption bill has been filed rather after disconnection of his electrical connection complainant has been found tapping electriccal energy from LT line of the OP for which Hulashganj P.S Code no: 234/23 dated 14.12.2023 under section 135 of electricity Act 2003 has been registered in which it has been claim that a loss of Rs. 17,015 has been caused by the complainant. As such this case of theft of electrical energy where in relief can be granted by the special court electricity, Gaya not by this  commission. Hence the present complaint being not maintainable here is outrightly dismissed at not maintainable.
