ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the complainant Upendra Sharma, Arun Kumar Sinha, Deepak Kumar and OM Prakash Narayan Sinha filed in person. Remaining complainant’s absent. Appearing complainant filed a petition alongwith a cutting of daily news paper of Prabhat Khabar 13.09.2017 in which it was published that on depositing dues in one installment interest etc. shall be remitted and execused but could not show any notification of the government/SBPDCL. It has been submitted on behalf of the appearing complainant’s that grievance of the remaining complainant has been resolved and redressed as such they have got to interest in persuing the present complaint. Heard appearing complainant’s in full as well as the OP who has submitted that there was no scheme or any kind of government notification that on mere deposite of the dues in one installment remaining dues shall executed/remitted. Despite granting  opportunities to the appearing complainant’s he has also  not been able to show any government or departments notification that merely on the despite of the dues in one installments remaining dues shall be not demanded and the entire duesshall stand remitted. As such the complainant has not been able to prove his case for any kind of deficiency in service from the part of the OP in not remitting the demand as per the Local newspapers etc hence the complaint is dismissed. Let a copy of this order be served to the appearing parties free of cost as per rule.
