Complainant absent. Despite information to him through cell phone by the bench clerk.

Attendance on behalf of the OP has been filed through his advocate.

Learned advocate for the OP filed a photo state copy  of letter no:409 dated 15.10.2019 of the Assistant electrical Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Makhdumpur informing this commission that the electric consumption bill has already been corrected and accordingly a sum of Rs. 24,437 has been adjusted against the consumption bill the month of february and may 2018. Hence the case may be dropped. Since the complainant is not appearing since last several dates it appears that either  the complainant has lost interest in persuing this case or has become satisfied from the adjustment of the sum of Rs. 24,437 against the bills of february and  may 2018. In view  of above said facts the present complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
