Attendance on behalf of the complainant filed in person and he is physically present before the commission. Complainant submitted that he wishes to filed a withdrawal petition in respect, So this case with permission to file a fresh case with his grievance in respect to the electric consumption bills from the year 2011.

Later on : Complainant filed a petition to withdraw this complaint petition is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
