ORDER

Both parties absent. Present case relates to death ofthe complainant’s brother Vimal Yadav on 14.09.2015 an account of electrocution through electric  HT line in the field of  village pinjaura Badhar.

Complainant was  neither the consumer nor the opposite paty  was  the service provider as  such the relationship of consumer and  service provider was  not at all existing between them as  such the present complaint do not stands covered under consumer protection  Act.  Rather the case relates to  fatal  Accident Act 1855.

Hence, this case  being not  maintainable under  consumers protection act, the case is dismissed as not maintainable.
