ORDER

Both parties absent.

From perusal of the record it appears that the present consumer complaint has been filed against the OP alleging deficiency in sevice from there part through neither replacing the burnt meter nor serving any corrected bill despite an information to the OP on 23.08.2018.

OP has appeared but has not file his show cause countering the complainants allegations. In view of above said facts and the circumstances of the case the present complaint is allowed and the OP is directed to substitute the burnt meter through a new one and to serve a fresh bill of demand for consumption of the electrical energy by the complainant on average basis within 60days from the date of receipt of copy of this order to which the complainant must pay with i the due date stipulated in the bill.

 Let a copy serve to the parties free of cost.
