ORDER

Complainant physically present. OP represented. Present complaint has been filed against the OP asking complete details of the bill dated 21.03.2019 with demand of Rs. 8,670 in view of the submission that he has regularly paid the bills.

But from perusal of the record it appears that the bills datd 25.01.2017 for december, 2016  an another bill datd 19.09.2018 for the same month of December, 2016 and the another bill dated 16.05.2019 for the month  of may, 2019 only has been annexed with the complaint no electric consumption bill dated 21.03.2019 with demand of Rs.8,617 has been filed on the record.

As such the very basis of the complaint has not ben filed on the record which gave him cause of action for filing the present complaint.

From perusal of the show cause dated 09.08.2024 of the EE electric Supply division, Jehanabad it appears that the electric consumption bill amount of Rs. 9.391 for the upto the month of August, 2022 had already been done in the bill of the month of August, 23022 and as such the remaining due line with the complainant’s is Rs.8975 only.

In view of the above said facts the present complaint being without any absis and cause of action for bringing this complaint followed by the complainants grievance of assurance of exorbitant bill for the consumption of the electrical energy having been redressed as per the letter dated 10.01.2023 of E.E the present complaint is disposed off as dismissed.
