Complainant absent even today. From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is absent regularly since 17.07.2023 and despite information to the complainant and his advocate through cell phone by the Bench Clerk on 20.09.2023 no pairbi has been made till 4pm of the day.

I appears that complainant has lost interest in persuing this case. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed for no-prosecution.
