Complainant absent.

From the perusal  of the record it appears that complainant is absent since after dated 23.12.2022, learned advocate for the opposite party represented through his advocate. Learned advocate for the opposite party has submitted that the present complaint has been filed after institution of an F.I.R against the complainant for theft of electrical enery.

Even from perusal of the written complaint of the complainant attached with the complaint in prescribed format appears that complainant has admitted that an F.I.R has been instituted against him. The complaint has been filed for compensatiton for the mental torture and malicious prosecution.

This commission is not hte appropriate forum for compensation on account of mental torture on account of malicious prosecution.

In view of the above said fact’s the present complaint is  dismissed for default as well as on merit.
