Complainant absent. OP represented.

Present consumer complaint has been filed merely for the relief of correction of electricity bill and exempting him compliment of the electricity consumption charges demanded through bill annexed with the complaint merely on the ground of complaint being of the category below poverty line and nothing else.

There is no provision for exempting any individual for exempting from the payment of the electricity consumption charges. Hence, finding the present complaint without any merit this complaint is dismissed.
