ORDER

Complainant absent. OP represented. Present compalint has been filed by the complainant alleging demand of exorbitant amount of Rs.28,806 and consequent notice of the connection dated 24.01.2007.

Heard learned advocate for the OP.

From perusal of the S/C followed by the report of the AEE electric supply division, Makhdumpur it appears that the complainants bill has already been corrected and the demand has been reduced to a sum of Rs.27,907/- till April, 2024 against the demand of Rs.56,332/- payable till 27.01.2023 through bill dated 12.01.2023 on the basis of average billing.

As such the appropriate relief through average billing and reducing the demand from Rs.56,332/- to Rs.27,906/- has already been granted. In view of the above said facts the present complaint is dispossed off with a direction to the complainant to pay the amount due as per bill dated 05.04.2024 for the month upto April, 2024 with the above direction present case is dispossed off. Let a copy of this order be served the parties free of cost.
