ORDER

Complainant absent even today. Learned advocate for the OP appeared and filed his attendance as well as the S/C on his behalf. 

Despite repeated calls no one appeared on behalf of the complainant for hearing. Learned advocate for the OP alongwith his S/C has filed a letter dated 25.04.2024 of the AEE electrical supply engineer, Makhdumpur and has submitted that the Electric Consumption bill of the ocmplainant has been corrected and the up to date demanded is Rs. 10,312 only.

From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is absent since 12.04.2024 itself from the S/C alongwith the above referred letter followed by regular absence of the complainant it appears that the complainant is satisfied from the correction in the bill as such he has not pursuing this complaint since after April, 2024 hence the present complaint is dismissed.
