ORDER

Complainant absent. Present complaint has been filed alleging deficiency in service from the part of the OP by serving him. A notice with demand of exorbitant amount for consumption of electrical energy but the complainant has not filed any electric consumption bill of any period. Rather he has filed the notice of disconnection of electric supply line for dues Rs. 33,673/- as on 20.01.2023. In view of not filing the basis of complaint showing prima facie case of deficiency from the part of the OP, the complaint is dismissed.

                   However, it is observed i.e complainant shall liberty to file any fresh complaint subject to the period of limitation from the date of cause of action to him.
