ORDER

Present complaint has been field collectively by fourteen persons as complainant together alleging deficiency of service from the part of OP’s through sending exorbitant electric consumption bills despite they all being under the BPL category but only thee electric consumption bills have been attached with the complaint which is illegible even.

 Under the circumstances all fourteen complainant’s are directed file their separate complaint individualy alongwith their respective electric consumption bills with eligible copy theiroff. Owing to aforesaid circumstances the present composite complaint by fourteen person having deficiency causes of action being not maintainable is dismissed. However it is observed that the complainant shall be at liberty to file their complaints individually with their individual electric consumption bills which according to them is exorbitant.
