ORDER

Complainant absent. OP represented.

Learned advocate for the OP has drawn my attention towards the photostate copy of the undated petition address to EE Electric Supply Division, Jehanabad with a prayer to exonerate him from payment of the electric consumption charges merely on the ground of she being a member of the family below BPL. And submitted that no such bill has ever been presented before the OP . According to him there is no provision of exonerating a consumer living below BPL.

Peruse the record though through column no:4 of the complaint in prescribed form the complainant has urged for correction in the electric consumption bill and has annexed the bill dated 06.01.2024 issue for the month of Jan, 2024 but according to the learned advocate for the OP no such prayer has been made through any petition before any of the OP. Hence, under the circumstance complainant is directed to file and present the appropriate petition before the OP which should be disposed off within 30 days of from date of knowledge of this order to which the OP must disposed off within 60 days thereafter.

With the above said direction present complaint is disposed off.

Let a copy of  this order served to the complainant and OP free of cost.
