Present complaint has been filed for exempting him from payment of the electric bill with a demand of Rs. 18,835 without any caugent reason rather merely on the ground that red card bearer without any kind of allegation of deficiency or demand of exorbitant amount with valid documents and caugent reason. Hence the present complaint is dismissed.
