ORDER

Complainant absent even today. OP represented through his advocate.

Learned advocate for the OP filed his show cause alongwith a letter dated 25.04.2024 of the AEE electric supply division, Makhdumpur stating that the complaint of the complainant has been redressed to correction of electric consumption bill on average basis perhaps on account of redressal of his grievance complainant is abstaining since previous two dates.

From perusal of the complainant’s appears that the present consumer complaint has been filed for completely excusing him from the payment of a demand of Rs. 24,590 but no bill of demand worth Rs. 24,590 has been filed with the complaint as such the very basis of complaint  has not been filed on the record.

No relief relating to completely exempting the complainant from payment of the bill for the consumed electric energy can be granted by this commission. 

Hence, in the light of letter dated: 25.04.2024 AEE Electric Supply Division, Makhdumpur the present case being without any factual of saturatory merit is dismissed.
