Complainant is absent. Authorized representative of O.Ps Sri M. Dey (Asst. Manager Legal) files a petition stating there in that the disputed issue of the petitioner has been settled by the O.Ps. On perusal of record it is also found that advocate for complainant files a memo on 02.07.2014  to drop the proceeding in view of settlement of the dispute between both the parties. Heard on the petition filed by Sri Dey is allowed. Accordingly the case is dropped in view of settlement of the dispute by both parties & satisfaction of the complainant.
