Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Smt. Shashi Yogeshwar for the respondents has appeared before the Commission in person.

Hence, in the absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed. No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
